C&D was established in 2006 serving Davis, Weber and Salt Lake Counties. We serve Spanish speaking clients as well. We are here to help you through the court process. To begin the process the first thing you will need to do is schedule an intake appointment where you will meet a probation agent and complete the intake process.

What To Expect For Your First Appointment
Upon being sentenced to probation, clients will have an appointment scheduled with a probation officer. During this meeting, the probation officer will go over the court-ordered requirements and general expectations for supervision. Clients are required to check in with their assigned officer according to their supervision level. Additional requirements may include assessments for substance use and mental health, as well as urinalysis testing and other evaluations.
